  • ▢ 28 oz can crushed or pureed tomatoes
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ▢ 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ▢ 4 leaves fresh mint (chopped)
  • ▢ fresh parsley ((a good handful) chopped)
  • ▢ Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ▢ ½ lb pasta

Instructions
